I supported the teambuilding facilitator 'Dorchess De Koning', with facilitating 2 teambuilding sessions at the Dutch Ministry. In these fully dutch-speaking, half-day workshops, I helped the teams brainstrom & structure knowledge as well as stay engaged with the energizing activities that I facilitated.

From 2024 throughout 2025, I give regular workshops for coworkers and students at The Social Hub Amsterdam. The aim of my various session formats is to help them stay connected, and solve their business / study problems in collaboration in-spite of their different roles and fields of practice.

The day was dedicated for students to develop their personality and enable a thriving future. This dutch-speaking engagement increased my skill of leading large and diverse groups.
